Hi everyone- just got back from our hols in Tenerife on Saturday - Mrs Mackay and I had a great time. We had very good weather, it was extremely hot so Mrs Mackay was very careful about putting suncream factor 40 on us so that we would not get burned. I’m not sure if you can see it in the photos but I am quite tanned.We had  lots of fun- we went to the water park and we saw a dolphin show -I was so excited because I just love dolphins!

I went to play a round of golf with Mr Mackay he is very nice and gave me lots of tips on my backswing, but he’s not quite as much fun as Mrs Mackay.We went to the beach a lot and I had my very first turn on a boogie board as the waves were very big, Caitlin was much better than me.

I was a little nervous on the flight but I actually enjoyed it once we were up in the air.Mrs Mackay says that I was “an angel sent from heaven” and that she will definitely be taking me on holiday again. She did mention Paris in springtime -I’m keeping my paws crossed as I’ve never been there before. Let me know what you think of my holiday slideshow - Love from Barnaby.

In answer to Rachel’s question Eric is called Eric becausehe helps Everyone Read In Class and Barnaby is called that because Mrs Mackay’s daughter has had him for a very long time and decided that was his name. she thought he looked like a serious little rabbit and that the name suited him.

 Just a wee note to wish everyone a very happy holiday - Barnaby and I are jetting off to Tenerife for two weeks and Eric is going to stay with my granny as he is not a big fan of flying.My poor granny has been unwell ,so,  I that thought that Eric would help to cheer her up and remind her to have lots of peaceful reading time ( I hope he behaves himself). Barnaby is very excited about our holiday and is hoping to get lots of photos to show you all when we get back, he has already packed his trunks and suncream and says that is all he will need!

We thought it would be a good idea to have some photos of our classroom so that you can all see where we work so hard.

Mrs Mackay took them when we had gone home - here they are, we like it because it is nice and bright - let us know what you think.

Every Friday afternoon if we have all the fish in the tank we get quality time.This means that we get to choose lots of different things. We can play games, work on the blogspot, do craft work or art work.Sometimes we all bring in our Top Trumps and play against eachother.Once a month if we have been very good we get to bring in our electronic games from home. Some of us bring in gameboys and DS gameboys Mrs Mackay has some extra ones that used to belong to her children. It is good fun today we are also allowed to watch a film!

Fruity Friday every last Friday of the month it is Fruity Friday. Fruity Friday is when we all dress down and take a piece of fruit .If you dress down and don t take a piece of fruit you will get into trouble because Mr Mackenzie wants us all to be healthy. Mrs Mackay takes extra fruit just in case anyone forgets theirs. We love Fruity Friday because we like not wearing our uniform and we love fruit!
