This week

This week we are learning how to do division. Tuesday the sixth of May we are doing division out of a textbook. It was so easy that we were done in about twenty minutes. Then at 9:55 we went to music we sang good morning and talked about the story called the wind and the sun. Brion was the traveller with the heavy cloak. Then Mrs Nelson the music teacher split the class into two groups the sun and the wind groups. Some people got a rain tube and others got something else instead. Then it was play time.

 

 

The Long Weekend

We have the day off school on Monday - have a great long weekend everyone see you all on Tuesday - from Mrs Mackay.

At the long weekend it is Gavin’s birthday and he is taking some friends. Callum J is going swimming and Callum G is having Willie - John round to visit.Gavin is going to Landmark and if Callum J is not going swimming he might go to Landmark with Gavin.

Ross County Match 19th March

Ross County against Cowdenbeath was a great match because County won 3-0. Sean Higgins scored one and Andy Barrowman scored two.Mrs Mackay got to see Sean Higgins up close!

Maria

On Wednesday afternoon we had circle time and Mrs Mackay brought in some photos and letters from a girl that she sponsors called Maria, she lives in Malawi in Africa.

Send My Friend To School

Last week at assembly the P7s told us about a campaign to raise awareness about children in the world who do not have the right to go to school. Here is what Scott, Zara and Daniel have to tell about it.

Every second Tuesday we go to music with Mrs Nelson who plays the piano and for a treat she plays the drums for us.
